Excellent apartment, excellent environment. The GRA is one of the best in Ibadan - for the State Governor to have a property (that he uses) inside the estate. MUST REGISTER WITH ESTATE SECURITY but we'll assist. 24/7 power with NEPA, INVERTER and generator that powers all ACs. GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NEPA & FUELs.
